Boundabout

“Bounces around with a pouch full of snacks and a quick left jab.”

Boundabout is a sandstorm Elemixie. Sandstorm is a mixed element, so it never appears in the wild and never hatches from an egg: mix a legendary air and a legendary earth Elemixie at the mixing shrine to make one. It gets around by walking.
