Mud Pudge

“Knows the answer, and the answer is mud.”

Mud Pudge is an ooze Elemixie. Ooze is a mixed element, so it never appears in the wild and never hatches from an egg: mix an uncommon earth and an uncommon water Elemixie at the mixing shrine to make one. It gets around by walking.
