Twirlbie

“Fueled almost entirely by sugar, and it shows.”

Twirlbie is a sandstorm Elemixie. Sandstorm is a mixed element, so it never appears in the wild and never hatches from an egg: mix a common air and a common earth Elemixie at the mixing shrine to make one. It gets around by flying.
